Mokuso.
"Saiha"
Yoi.

1 . Right foot steps forward 45 degrees onto right diagonal into musubi-dachi. (body position is perpendicular to starting position), right augmented hiji-ushiro-ate.

2. Look to right (directly up the "i"), right hiji-age.

3. Left foot steps back into kiba-dachi, left hand grabs opponent and right uraken-shomen-uchi, with left hand open at chest.

4. Left foot steps forward 135 degrees (left diagonal) into musubi-dachi (body position is perpendicular to starting position), left augmented hiji-ushiro-ate.

5. Look to left (directly up the "i"), left hiji-age.

6. Right foot steps back into kiba-dachi, right hand grabs opponent's hair and left uraken-shomen-uchi with right hand open at chest.

7. Right foot steps forward 135 degrees (right diagonal) into musubi-dachi (body position is perpendicular to starting position), right augmented hiji-ushiro-ate.

8. Look to right (directly up the "i"), right hiji-age.

9. Left foot steps back into kiba-dachi, left hand grabs opponent's hair and right uraken-shomen-uchi, with left hand open at chest.

10. Look over right shoulder, left foot moves to right and then steps out 90 degrees to left into left nekoashi-dachi, looking to right simultaneously hands execute shuto-chudan-uchi-uke-gedan-barai, right hand down inside.

11. Look to front, right mae-geri, look lo left, right foot steps to right into and left foot follows into right nekoashi-dachi. simultaneously hands execute shuto-chudan-uchi-uke-gedan-barai, left hand inside.

12. Look to front, left mae-geri, left foot steps back into right zenkutsu-dachi, mawashi-morote-jodan- haito, hands draw back to chamber and jodan-morote-tsuki.

13. Left hand opens, right remains in fist. Both hands slowly inscribe a large outward arc coming together low with right tetsui striking into left palm.

14. Left foot moves straight across, mawate into left zenkutsu-dachi, mawashi-morote-jodan- haito, hands draw back to chamber and jodan-morote-tsuki.

15. Right hand opens, left remains in fist. Both hands slowly inscribe a large outward arc coming together low with left tettsui striking into right palm.

16. Right foot sweeps across in front, and then turns (without putting down foot) 180 degrees into right sanchin-dachi, at the same time right tettsui to the top of opponent?s head, KIAI!; right hand grabs opponent?s hair and simultaneously draws right foot into left nekoashi-dachi and left seiken-shita-tsuki.

17. Left foot sweeps across in front, and then turns (without putting down foot) 180 degrees into left sanchin-dachi, at the same time left tettsui to the top of opponent?s head, KIAI!; left hand grabs opponent?s hair and simultaneously draws left foot into left nekoashi-dachi and right seiken-shita-tsuki.

18. Step forward into right zenkutsu-dachi, left chudan-gyaku-tsuki.

19. Left foot moves to right, pivot 180 degrees (facing up the "i"), left foot steps back 45 degrees and right foot follows into right kokutsu-dachi; simultaneously right hand hooks behind opponent?s neck and left chudan- nukite.

20. Modified shuto-enke-uke (right hand ends up on bottom), ibuki. Come back into mokuso.
