"Sanchin Kata"
Yoi.

1. Step into right three point stance, deep audible exhale.

2. Left hand chambers and then middle punch, deep audible exhale, forearm block, deep audible exhale.

3. Step into left three point stance, right hand chambers, middle punch, deep audible exhale forearm block, deep audible exhale.

4. Step into right three point stance, left hand chambers and punches under right elbow, deep audible exhale.

5. Right foot steps in front of left, Mawate, into left three point stance, left middleuchi-uke, right middle punch forearm block, deep audible exhale.

6. Step into right three point stance, left hand chambers and punches under right elbow, deep audible exhale.

7. Right foot steps in front of left, turn around, into left three point stance. left middle inside block, right middle punch, forearm block, deep audible exhale.

8. Step into right three point stance, right fist chambers and right middle punch, deep audible exhale.

9. Without moving, left fist chambers and left middle punch, deep audible exhale.

10. Without moving, right fist chambers and right middle punch, deep audible exhale.

11. Both hands reach out, grasp opponent's lapels, both hands return to chamber in fist and then fingertips/spearhand">double middle fingertip strike.

12. Repeat #11 .

14. Step back into left three point stance, right knifehand-enke-uke">large circular knifehand block deep audible exhale.

15. Step back into right three point stance, left knifehand-enke-uke">large circular knifehand block, deep audible exhale.

16. Come back into open toe stance, hands in mokuso.
